Yes, the information is free, as are many of the services we will recommend to you. We will always try to help you find rebates and take advantage of incentive programs to make these improvements as affordable as possible.
Is the Manhattan Clean Energy Hub open to both renters and homeowners?
Yes, our services are available to individual tenants as well as homeowners in Manhattan. You can register for support accessing affordable energy upgrades and clean energy careers here.
Do I have to live in Manhattan to access the Hub resources?
If you live in another borough of New York City, you can find your local Clean Energy Hub here. Our hub is specifically focused on residents of Manhattan.
What Happens After I Submit the Form?
After submitting your information through our online form, you will receive an email or phone call from our team to gather any additional information needed before connecting you with one of our workforce or energy advisors. From there, our advisors will meet with you one-on-one to provide any relevant support and/or referrals to eligible programs and services.

These Regional Clean Energy Hubs are funded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). You can learn more about the program here.
